CENTER POD FRAME

Our quality quick self-build Glamping Pod Frame Kits are all precision CNC cut: all you need to do is assemble the components to construct the frames (all parts are numbered during the cnc cutting process and are virtually impossible to get wrong).

Pod frame kits come in several different lengths to suit your requirements. If size not listed, please contact us.

All Pod frames kits are:

-          manufactured from the highly acclaimed 18mm Premium FSC GRADE PLYWOOD.

-          constructed from double thickness 18mm

-          with a cross section of 100mm, this allows you to fill the cavity with your preferred choice of insulation and drilled for easy electrical wiring.

-          All kits include floor and roof joists.

All frame kits are joined together using the Tried and Tested Method of Tusk Tenon and Wedge Joints. Glue the Tenon Faces and just glue and tap in the wedges.

Please note, this is a Standard Framework and does not come with door or window openings cut out, as there are too many configurations. So cut in your own where you need them.

Please note, you will have to build yourself 3 End Walls and put in a door in1 and a window in the other 2 walls, then you will have yourself a professional looking Glamping Pod or Garden Room.

Tools needed to complete the assembly:

- hammer to tap the wedges in

- powered screwdriver and 30mm wood screws or nail gun and nails. 

- approx 5 litres waterproof Glue (PVA or similar).
